Summer of 2016 I took a short 2 day trip up to see Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. I had been wanting to go for many years.
I loved walking around the streets of Bar Harbor.
Since I had only two days in Bar Harbor it was hard to find time to relax and enjoy the town, so I sat on a dock and watched the sun go all the way down.
I've always wanted to see Acadia, and it did not disappoint.
My first day in Acadia was grey and rainy, but that meant there wasn't many people around.
It was a foggy night, but I wanted to see the stars from the top of Cadillac before returning home the next day. Despite the fog and full moon I decided to head up to the top. The fog only got worse as I drove to the top. I didn't hold out much hope, but then the fog started to melt away.
